Open the Honest Mobile app or go to my.honestmobile.co.uk
Log in using your account email
Go to the home page
Scroll down to the bottom of the homepage and click Replace SIM
Click Order Replacement SIM
Fill out your details
Click Order Replacement SIM
What to do if your phone has been lost or stolen
