If your iMessage number is incorrect the day after your number has switched over to Honest, please turn off your iMessage (Settings > Messages > Toggle iMessage off) and then check the following:
Check whether you are able to receive texts to your own number
Check which number shows up when you text someone else
Check whether you are able to make calls from your own number
Check whether you're able to receive calls to your own number
If you're able to do all the above with your own number, then your iPhone's formatting is wrong and you can try the troubleshooting tips below to fix this.

Troubleshooting tips for iMessage formatting:
Check that you're running the latest version of iOS
Check that your data and time are the correct time zone
Go to Settings
Tap General
Tap Date & Time
Sign in and out of Apple ID
Open Settings
Go to Messages
Tap Send & Receive
Find your Apple ID
Tap Sign Out
Turn off iMessage
Wait a few minutes
Enter your Apple ID
Turn iMessage back on
Restart your phone and check whether the number is now correct
Try the following steps
Go to Phone > My Number and change it manually to your normal number
Go to Settings > Messages > iMessage
Turn off iMessage
Go to Settings > FaceTime
Turn off FaceTime
Turn off phone
Take SIM out
Wait at least 3 minutes
Put SIM back in
Turn on phone
Turn on iMessage & FaceTime
If the troubleshooting steps above don't work, then you can reset your network settings. Unfortunately, this means you'll lose any saved WiFi passwords and you'll need to update your APN settings after.
