Auto-Setup

When you turn your phone on for the first time with your new Honest SIM card installed you will receive a text message with the settings to activate data on your handset. Wording will vary by phone, but click "Accept" or similar when they arrive.

If you find that either data or MMS is not working when you first start using your Honest SIM, you may need to check and edit your setting manually.

Manual Setup - Data Settings

Please check that your APN settings are as follows:

Internet APN

Profile Name: Leave blank
APN: gamma.co.uk
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Type of sign-in info: Automatic
IP Type: IPv4v6
Tick the box that says: "Use this APN for LTE and replace one from my mobile provider"
Proxy Server: Leave blank
Proxy port: Leave blank

MMS Settings - Manual Set up

Firstly, if you're not able to send MMS messages, please check that your bill cap isn't set to £0. You will need to set it to £5 or more in order to send MMS messages.

If you're still unable to send MMS messages, please check that your MMS settings are as follows: 

MMS APN

Profile Name: Leave blank
APN: gamma.co.uk
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Type of sign-in info: PAP
IP Type: IPv4v6
Tick the box that says: "Use this APN for LTE and replace one from my mobile provider"
Proxy Server: Leave blank
Proxy port: Leave blank
MMSC (URL): http://mms.gamma.co.uk/servlets/mms
MMSC (URL): Leave blank
